Terms of Service

InPublic is a subscription service that turns your spoken debriefs into draft social posts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your content is yours. Your recordings, transcripts, and posts belong to you. We store them only to provide the service, and you can delete them at any time by contacting us.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Creem. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding Builder pricing is grandfathered for as long as the subscription remains active.

Fair use.Don’t abuse the service (e.g. automated bulk generation). We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty. The service is provided as-is. Generated posts are drafts — you decide what you publish.
